I know a girl for last 9 months, We have been very close and transfered all our feelings. As i am from India we are not entertained in dating. I had rendered a lot of help. we used to chat for hours, She too behaved to me very friendly. For several times i have proposed my love. Each time she gives a smile and never replied properly. Last week i adamantly asked her opinion, for which she didn't respond. Then after till time I didn't try to contact her, She too, I am confused does she loves me or being so close due to the help i do for her or what else. kindly advice me, whether to continue or to stop it here. Right now i feel very bad of missing her. On the same time I don't want to be a fool wandering her back
for no use.

Let me ask you one question, since I don't know the whole situation and need more info to try to help you.
When you clearly asked her of her opinion, did you do it in person? Or on the phone or computer? The reason I ask is that you say she did not respond: I'm wondering what she did exactly? Did she not respond to an email? Or did she change the subject in a conversation you were having?
To be honest with you, I do not know a lot about Indian culture, so I may be wrong, but it seems to me, as hard as it seems, that she is not interested in a romantic relationship.
It is good you are seeking advice, because it is sometimes very hard to know if the feelings are reciprocal or not.
The best thing you can do is to have an honest discussion with her and ask her to tell you how she feels one way or the other, and that you would rather have her be honest and that you will be respect her feelings either way, but that you just would like to know so you can move on if necessary.
